Roller bearing blocks for Soft-Attachment
For applications where a tight and noiseless fit with excellent articulation is required, the use of Dyneema® lashing and soft shackles has become a new standard on everything from dinghies up to larger yachts. Soft-Attachment blocks are ideal for backstays, runners, as gooseneck blocks for German sheeting or as turning blocks redirecting a Code sheet, or any headsail sheet, towards the trimmer.
We are expanding our range of high load / low friction Roller Bearing blocks with blocks for Soft-Attachment applications and they are available in sheave sizes 60, 80, 100 and 130 mm.
The RBB range features machined, hard anodised aluminium cheeks and sheave, Torlon® roller bearings for radial loads and thrust bearings for resisting side loads.
